Drone Demo Day @ Lift for Life Gym

Thanks to an introduction from Geo STL, RomoGIS will be onsite @ Lift for Life Gym on Thursday, May 28th for an Introduction to Drones & Geospatial education for the kids at Lift for Life Gym, through the GIS for Good Initiative. The Drone Demo Day kicks off Lift for Life’s Gyms new enrichment programming, aimed at providing kids in North City with experiential learning opportunities; including innovation, technology, culture and the arts. The aim is to broaden their horizons and connect the kids with interests and opportunities for the future that reach beyond their own neighborhood and current reality.

Geospatial and technology companies in the ecosystem of the National Geospatial Agency (NGA) are invited to visit Lift for Life Gym on the upcoming Drone Demo Day, May 28th 1-3pm. We encourage you to get involved and partner with us to make a positive impact!

Lift for Life Gym’s programs are provided at no cost to kids 8-18, including transportation home every evening. We believe that every child should be safe, nourished, and have access to the resources they need to reach their full potential.
