THE MICRO RUN INCLUDES: 

• • Participation in a timed, 3.1 mile run through beautiful Queeny Park

• • Snack and Hydration Station

• • Commemorative Micro Run t-shirt

• • Post-race refreshments, vendors, awards, entertainment & demonstration by Team Lift For Life Gym Youth Olympic Team

*We’ve eliminated the one-hour beer tasting following the 5K run this year.

Awards given to top Male & Female Overall Finisher and Battle of the Gym winner (top gym with most participants)!

Micro Run Only: $35.00

Includes registration for the timed 5K run plus a commemorative event t-shirt.
