During our daily mentoring sessions, the youth will develop an understanding of what emotional maturity is and how they can display it during difficult situations.

Special guest Derrione "The Takeover" Hill will demonstrate his powerful bench-pressing skills to the youth! This will also be a time when The Takeover will encourage the kids through sharing his story and accomplishments, inspiring our youth to be resilient and disciplined so they, too, can achieve their goals.

On Day 2 of our mini-series on self-control, the youth will tap into what triggers them. They will participate in hands-on activities, allowing them to identify their triggers. The Youth will also play mindful games and discuss what they can do to avoid being easily triggered.
