Summer school is officially over, which means it is time to party! Today, we will kick off summer with water games, prepare to root for Team USA, and enjoy ice cream from Clementine's!

We will take our weekly trip to the Central Library branch so the youth can read/checkout books, use the computer, and participate in their daily programs. If you need an application, use this link or reach out to LFLG staff for a paper copy.

The Youth will experience the resources the library offers to assist in their reading & literacy skills and have access to tools to help them be creative and assist with their academics and business endeavors.

Every Thursday, successful businessman Ron Bradley leads small group mentor sessions with male youth on topics including Black history, career exploration, life skills, emotional regulation, and character development. Sessions encourage self-reflection, accountability, and problem-solving skills.

The youth will have a chance to tour the campus and learn about the different technical jobs the university offers. Also, they will participate in gaming competitions!

Youth will experience the Mill Creek Exhibit at the St. Louis History Museum. Afterwards, they will have a picnic and some recreational fun in Forest Park.

The Youth will have the opportunity to go fishing in a local park. They will also have a chance to engage in some recreational fun, including basketball and water fun (no swimming in a pool).
